Mandarin-Oriental,Vegas Redefines the Rules
Condo hotels are all the rage, so when we were invited to tour the sublime condo residences at the 392 guest-room Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas’ CityCenter recently, we jumped right in. CityCenter is Vegas’ new 67-acre city-within-a-city.
Starting at $1 million, the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas boasts 225 exclusive condos - on the upper half of the 47-story tower - including one, two and three bedroom units ranging in from 1,110 to 4,000 square feet. Picture windows, high ceilings, stained hardwood flooring, ambient lighting, spacious bedrooms and spa-style bathrooms with free-standing tubs, walk-in showers and wood vanities are just some of the luxurious features that greet new residents. Kitchens are appointed with European-style cabinetry, designer fixtures, stainless steel appliances and wine storage.
The contemporary interiors were designed by Kay Lang + Associates with chic furnishings and accessories from Robb & Stucky. All design elements are available directly for purchase, as are the model homes as turnkey residences.

A Beautiful Montage
In the heart of Beverly Hills, in its celebrated Golden Triangle, the Montage Beverly Hills' 20 residences sit atop the Montage Hotel & Resort. Like the Mandarin, owners here are welcome to indulge in any of the amenities available to hotel guests including its 20,000 square foot spa and mineral pool.
