Paris, London, Amsterdam and Barcelona: Oh My!
This month, we thought we’d share a fun survey with you from Rentalo.com, one of Europe’s biggest lodging directories. They found out what most of us already suspected; that everyone is traveling to some of Europe’s most popular cities for very specific reasons; some of them we’ve known about but some are very surprising. Check it out.

Current Event: ABBAWorld London presents 25 rooms of memorabilia, music, footage, images and a fully immersive ABBA experience at Earls Court. Plus, there's plenty of interactive activities to bring a little bit of ABBA into your life, including:
- Perform with ABBA where you appear on stage with the band via stunning 3D holographic technology
- Sing-A-Long and dance with ABBA
Europe’s Most Fun Vacation Destination: Amsterdam, Holland
It's no wonder Holland’s capital was voted most fun vacation city. Everything here is about hedonistic experiences. Check out the cabaret festival below and go here to plan your own trip, http://www.iamsterdam.com/en/visiting
Upcoming Event: The Amsterdam Kleinkunst Festival is the annual highlight of the cabaret season in the Netherlands.
Europe’s Top Family Vacation Destination: Barcelona, Spain .
This was a surprise to us but travelers agreed they enjoy Barcelona’s family friendly vibe. As a matter of fact, 28 percent of travelers requesting accommodations in Barcelona were coming with more than 4 people. Go here to learn more about this beautiful city, http://www.barcelonaturisme.com/
Fun Family Activities: Remember this name: Tibidabo. This magic mountain is home to a cool amusement park bursting with surprises. Over 7,000 friendly animals are waiting to greet you at the Zoo de Barcelona in the Parc de la Ciutadella. The dolphins and sharks are at the Aquarium swimming alongside hundreds of other species as you walk through the transparent underwater tunnel.
The pleasure boats, Las Golondrinas, will take you for a trip along the Barcelona coastline. And if you want to scale the dizzy heights, take the lift to the top of the Columbus Monument or look at the stars from the Fabra Observatory. If you've still got time to spare, you could travel further out of the city to see Catalonia in Miniature, where you'll feel like Gulliver in Lilliput.
